ACKCo was formed in March of 2020 by Chef Jacqueline Mejia and business partner Jeff Williams. Both partners have benefited from the help and goodwill of family, friends, and business associates. We want to pay forward the help we received by helping other businesses and individuals succeed, especially start-up companies and people who want to learn retail food service skills. Our goal is to provide professional facilities and services in order to foster the growth of our clients' businesses. 

Customer satisfaction means that we collaborate closely with clients to understand and cater to their unique needs, whether a seasoned professional or a passionate food enthusiast. We are also expanding our kitchen in 2024 to bring even greater opportunities to the businesses that partner with us. 

We have a variety of plans to choose from including a flexible full-access kitchen plan for clients who need commercial kitchen appliances. A cost-effective option is the prep-table plan which provides access to high-quality prep areas. Additionally, we offer dedicated personal areas that provide private space for clients to call home.
